RECIPE Oatmeal Raisin Protein Bites




Ingredients

  • 2 c organic rolled oats

  • 3/4 c nut butter of choice (I used peanut butter)

  • 4 pitted dates

  • 1/3 c shredded coconut

  • 1/4 c raisins

  • 1/2 c pure maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1-2 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until the dough comes together in your hands. Form into balls, refrigerate for 1 hour, then enjoy! Makes about 20 balls

*Use organic ingredients when feasible
