
RECIPE Oatmeal Raisin Protein Bites
Ingredients
2 c organic rolled oats
3/4 c nut butter of choice (I used peanut butter)
4 pitted dates
1/3 c shredded coconut
1/4 c raisins
1/2 c pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Preparation
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until the dough comes together in your hands. Form into balls, refrigerate for 1 hour, then enjoy! Makes about 20 balls
